Our approach

SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION

Firstly, we get you set up with Umami or Google Analytics (GA), Clarity or HotJar and leave it running for 30 days to get an initial idea of how your users navigate and interact with your site.

COLLECT DATA

When it comes to GA, we’re looking for things like levels of traffic, user demographics, bounce rates and device usage (to name a few!). Clarity or HotJar gives us comprehensive ‘heat maps’ that show how far users are scrolling, where they’re clicking and what their typical journey looks like.

ANALYSE & STRATEGISE

In combination with our knowledge of UX principles (accessibility, consistency and hierarchy) and the data we collect, we create you either a bespoke report, dashboard, or a combination of the two. We then recommend and implement a strategy to improve your metrics and keep a close eye on how everything performs for as long as you need.
