Our approach
A lot of people confuse the difference between UX (user experience) and UI design because the two are closely interlinked. We break down the two service areas so we can explore each one in more depth, creating a stronger harmony between them. UX deals with the user journey as a whole, whereas UI focuses more on the specific points of communication between humans and devices. Here’s how we tackle it:
- Review your brand: We make sure your brand identity is ‘fit for purpose’ in a digital world. We firstly check off all the right files, sizes, and formats so that everything is set up for success when we immerse your brand into a digital platform. If anything is missing, we fill in the gaps for you!
- Accessibility design: We don’t just take a look at your user's needs regarding your product, we prioritise their accessibility needs too. Whether that is making sure your colour palette has enough contrast, or your images have the correct alt-descriptions, accessible design is a must.
- Prototyping: Once you’re happy with the design system we have created. We transform it into a high-fidelity working prototype. This allows us to interact and test the interface in the same way your customers would, to create a more refined and intuitive experience.
